Most items are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class which is targeted on a 2-3 working day delivery schedule, this is not a guaranteed service. However you can request to have your order sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For at extra cost payable by you.  Please choose this option at checkout if you require it.

You should allow for a longer delivery time during the holiday periods.  We do not take responsibility for late or non-delivery due to factors outside our control.



We hope you will be delighted with your purchases from Metal Stamping Blanks.  However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied you may return the goods within 14 days of receiving them & we will be happy to offer a refund.

If your item is damaged you have the choice whether you wish to accept a replacement or a refund. You will need to contact us as soon as it arrives & within 7 days from the date you received it by email with a picture of the damaged item - no refund or replacement will be given without a photo.  Once a photo of the damaged item is received we will either refund or send you a replacement free of charge (which ever you choose) immediately the damaged item is returned to us.

If you are returning items to us it is your responsibility to ensure they reach us in good resaleable condition. Refunds will be made the same way as the original payment & returned within 7 days of receipt of the goods.  Any goods returned incomplete i.e missing item that is a part of a set, or items that have been damaged or show signs of being, used will not be replaced or refunded.  You must make sure that the items are securely packaged & in their original condition.  We cannot take responsibility for parcels that are lost in transit.  We're sorry but no refund will be given for goods that we do not receive back.  Please let us know when you have posted your returned goods so that we can note them as expected.  The cost of returning any unwanted items are at your expense.  We will refund the item & original postage, but not any shipping or custom charges.

We do not accept returns of items after the 14th day of receiving the item & we do not accept any responsibility for items lost or stolen in transit.

If orders are lost & you do not receive your item within 7 days of purchasing please send us a email to carrie [at] stating 'order not yet received awaiting the 15 day time period for late/lost orders'.  Once the 15 day time period is reached please contact us again by email IF your order has still not arrived & we will contact Royal Mail to put in our own enquiries. We cannot refund any orders until we receive a refund from Royal Mail (if a refund is needed for lost parcels).  We also cannot send replacement orders until a refund is received from Royal Mail.


Metal Stamping Blanks comply with all aspects of the Data Protection Act of 1984 & the new act of 1998. The information given to us at the time of ordering will used by Metal Stamping Blanks only & will not be distributed to any other companies or individuals. Your information will be used by Metal Stamping Blanks to process your order or for the return of information requested from you only.
